Maven Centre of Excellence (Maven COE) is a dedicated MEP design training institute in Coimbatore, focused on building job-ready engineers for the HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire-Fighting industries.
We exist to solve one clear problem:

Maven COE is the training division of Maven Trading & Installation WLL, an engineering company with operational experience in India and Qatar.
This real industry exposure shapes how we train:

We are also an official franchise partner of ACE India, one of India’s pioneers in MEP training since 2007.
This combination industry experience + structured training systems is what makes Maven COE different.

Our Key Mentor & Global HVAC Leader
Maven Centre of Excellence is guided and mentored by Mr. Thulasiram Sathianathan, a globally respected HVAC professional with over 24 years of hands-on industry experience.
Mr. Thulasiram Sathianathan currently serves as the General Manager – Maven Trading & Installation WLL, and has worked extensively across India, UAE, Bahrain, and Qatar, delivering large-scale HVAC and MEP projects.
He is also:
- Regional Chair – ISHRAE GCC Membership
- Founding Member & First President – ISHRAE Qatar
- Recipient of the Best International Sub-Chapter Award
His deep involvement in the HVAC industry ensures that our training is aligned with:
